AC Capitales is a Peru-based real asset investment firm. Founded in 2002, its main objective is to provide an investment platform to develop and execute investment strategies in real assets, namely real estate and infrastructure. These investment strategies aim to generate above market, risk-adjusted returns. The Firm has structured and managed seven funds with a total committed capital of more than US$460 million and has executed 58 investments and 29 exits since 2002. As of September 2016, AC Capitales manages approximately US$ 309 million in four funds.
