Established in December 2006, KT Capital specialises in the financial services sectors including lease financing, installment financing, corporate financing and investment finance. The firm manages private equity funds under its investment finance arm and mainly targets companies related to high technology and renewable energy sectors.The firm was acquired by US Private Equity firm J.C. Flowers in August 2015 from Korea Telecom (KT).
