Aris PrimePartners Asset Management (APAM) is a joint venture between Aris GSK Solutions and PrimePartners Asset Management, the asset management arm of PrimePartners Group (PPG). Based in Singapore, PPG’s asset management business established its first closed-end private equity fund in 1995. In 2014, APAM was set up to handle PrimePartners Group’s private equity fund management businesses, investing in club deals of growth opportunities.
