Audax Group was founded in 1999 by Geoffrey S. Rehnert and Marc B. Wolpow having raised investment capital across its two business lines: Private Equity and Private Debt. Audax Private Debt offers senior debt, subordinated (“mezzanine”) debt, and unitranche financing structures to middle market companies based in North America. Rehnert and Wolpow lead the Audax Private Equity team and are joined by a seasoned group of Managing Directors who have worked together at Audax for more than 14 years on average.
