Banif Capital was the private equity unit directly focusing on venture capital, infrastructure and fund of funds investments across Portugal. It focused on the development of small and medium sized companies struggling to acquire other forms of debt and equity, but with the potential for high growth and possess a strategic vision for their business.In July 2018, the firm was acquired by Bison Capital, and later re-branded into Bison Bank.
