Biomark Capital is a US-based venture capital firm that provides early, mid and late-stage funding to life science companies. The firm seeks to invest in disruptive technologies with novel solutions in the diagnostics, therapeutics, medical devices and digital health sectors. Biomark was founded in 2013 following a spin-out from Burrill & Company, a California-based healthcare-focused venture capital firm. The newly created firm is made up of Burrill & Company's old venture team and will manage the previous firm's life science portfolio along with the remaining capital from Burrill Capital Fund IV.
