The firm prefers to invest in New York and San Francisco where Beta has an office present, however Bloomberg Beta also considers opportunities elsewhere under exceptional circumstances. The firm invests independently of Bloomberg and areas of interest include data, content discovery, media distribution, and technology platforms. Bloomberg Beta does not seek out investments in financial services.
