Capital Medica Ventures (CMV) is the corporate venture capital arm of Capita Medica, a Tokyo-based hospital management and consulting firm, aiming to promote healthcare-related innovations. The firm invests in healthcare venture opportunities ranging from early stage (with prototypes) to Pre-IPO, including but not limited to products and services in medical, prevention, health, elderly care. In October 2017, CMV has been elected as the general partner for the Healthcare New Frontier Fund set up by the Kanagawa Prefecture of Japan.
