Backed by State Council, CCT Fund Management was established to take charge of the mandate given by State-Owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission to facilitate efforts in the restructuring of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and advance supply-side reforms via China Structural Reform Fund.The fund seeks to aid SOEs in various aspects, such as industry consolidation, reorganization, capacity adjustment, company transformation and upgrading, cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as capital efficiency by leveraging its advantages in brand awareness, capital abundance, resources, talents and management strategy.CCT Fund Management also seeks investment opportunities in externally managed private equity funds on a case-by-case basis.
