CNSTONE is a China-based private equity firm. The firm raises funds in conjunction with the Chinese government to target a variety of sectors in China, including consumer goods and services, food and beverages. CNSTONE also offers a variety of services, such as multifamily office, investment, strategic advice and merger and acquisition negotiation. In 2010, CNSTONE, together with two other corporations, collaborated with Qingdao government to set up Shandong MinFu Equity Investment Management. The China-based firm was established to manage Shandong MinSheng Industrial Fund, an open-ended vehicle that focuses on the Shandong province in China.
