The firm focuses on early-stage investments within high growth segments of the ICT sector, including core components and equipment, as well as infrastructure and enabling software, in France, Europe and opportunistically in Israel and North America. Convergent Capital may also consider late stage investments with recurring revenues and established market positions, bringing with them a supportive network of business contacts from around the globe, to help with the next stage.As of July 2015, the firm is no longer active in private equity.
