CyberAgent Capital (CAC), formerly known as CyberAgent Ventures (CAV), is the corporate venture capital arm of CyberAgent. The firm invests in unlisted companies via principal capital provided by CyberAgent and capital raised from external investors. It has also established funds with other private equity managers. These funds include CA-JAIC CHINA Internet Fund and CA-JAIC CHINA Internet Fund II, which are jointly managed with Japan Asia Investment Company.CyberAgent Capital invests in Japan, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, South Korea and Vietnam. It targets innovative start-ups in the internet-mobile sector, supporting investee companies in the areas such as business development and management. It adopts a hands-on approach to improve the value of investments and taps on its global network to help them grow internationally.
