Founded in 2006, it is the reference partner in Italy for private equity investments through both its single-manager and multi-manager investment programs, providing investors with domestic and international exposure, respectively. The firm is 100% owned by DeA Capital, a listed company on the Milan Stock Exchange, as part of the De Agostini group.
