In 1996, the directors of the company carried out their own management buyout and the name was changed to Dunedin Capital Partners Limited. The firm, now known as Dunedin LLP, has offices in Edinburgh and London. Dunedin invests in UK-headquartered businesses, often with a strong international presence. The firm is focused on three sectors: Business Services; Smart Industrials, and; niche Financial Services sectors.
