The firm has a strong focus on the technology, software, healthcare, distribution, B2B and B2C sectors. In October 2013, the firm was acquired by Fondations Capital from CM-CIC Capital Finance. Fondations secured a 90% stake in CM-CIC LBO Partners, with CM-CIC Capital Finance holding onto the remaining 10%.
