The firm generally invests in a range of sectors, including the renewable energy sector, but for venture capital investments, the firm targets technology transfer and patent- backed deals in sectors for life sciences, new materials and tangible technologies. The firm acquires companies through buy-ins or buy-outs and participates in development/growth capital as well as corporate spin-off transactions.
