Established in 1985, Gresham Partners is an Australian owned Investment House, controlled by its management and owned 50% by management and 50% by Wesfarmers Limited. They invest in food and agribusiness. Investments in investee entities are typically significant minority interests between 5% and 35% of the value of the entity. Investments in any one entity are typically between A$3 million and A$15 million, however, Food and Agribusiness Investment Fund II (FAIF2) has the ability to invest in much larger (A$100m+) opportunities through syndication and co-investment rights with existing Unitholders.
