Guosen Securities (HK) Asset Management is a subsidiary of China's Guosen Securities. In addition to its wealth management business for high net worth individuals, it also manages its own private equity funds. The private equity firm invests in domestic enterprises expanding overseas or those in the pre-IPO stage. Guosen Securities (HK) Asset Management announced its first private equity fund, focused on the agriculture-related businesses in China, in January 2011.
