Kakao Ventures, formerly known as K Cube Ventures, is a venture capital firm that primarily invests in early-stage, specifically seed and series A stage, start-ups and entrepreneurs in South Korea. Established in 2012, the firm also provides management and strategic support for the start-ups it invests in. In March 2015, Kakao Ventures was acquired by Daum Kakao to become the start-up investment arm of Daum Kakao.
