It was formerly known as Hyundai Securities and was acquired by KB Financial Group in Q2 2016, and merged with KB Investment & Securities in Q4 2016. Its investment banking division raises private equity funds, and focuses on buyout, growth, venture capital and mezzanine investments in the domestic market.
