Key Capital Investment Management Limited (KCIML) is the wholly owned subsidiary of KCII Limited (trading as Key Capital), a capital markets, corporate finance, investment and wealth advisory firm established in 2001, with offices in London and Dublin.KCIML’s investment management business commenced in 2006 and was initially developed out of the firm’s experience in private equity and leverage finance. Key Capital has been involved in private equity fund structuring since 2004 when it acted as co-arranger for the EUR 400 million private equity securitization called SVG Diamond. Since that, Key Capital has advised on numerous securitized and retail private equity products with a value in excess of EUR 3.5 billion. Senior members of the Key Capital management team have served on the investment committee of some of these funds since 2004.In 2006 the firm raised its first own managed fund which specialized in investing in CLO Equity, the EUR 100 million Key Capital CLO Equity Fund, which was followed by a EUR 40 million successor fund in 2007.
