Keyhaven invests in European companies with enterprise values typically less than EUR 100 million. The firm has developed a unique investment strategy, accessing private small cap companies through partnerships with best in class local sponsors from around Europe. Since the firm’s inception in 2003, Keyhaven has committed or advised on investments worth in excess of EUR 1.75 billion, representing over 50 transactions. The Firm is led by Managing Partners Sasha van de Water and Claus Stenbaek, who are supported by a highly networked, multi-cultural and multi-lingual team with proven investment judgement.
