Latin America Capital Partners Limited was incorporated in Guernsey on 28 July 1992 as an investment company registered and managed in Guernsey. The principal objective of the Company is to provide a restricted ""club"" of investors with the opportunity for long term capital growth primarily through investment in equity-related securities in Latin America. The Fund has been authorised by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987.
