M-Venture Investment (M-Venture), founded in 1999, is a South Korea-based venture capital firm that looks to invest domestically in small and medium-sized innovative enterprises in technology-oriented sectors. M-Venture will also look to make restructuring investments by adding value to a company that needs a boost. In addition to venture investments, the firm also provides incubation services including consulting, legal and marketing support. In 2007 the firm merged with Shin-young Venture Capital Corp and is listed on the KOSDAQ stock exchange.
