MainLine Investment Partners is a family of companies providing investment advice and portfolio management services to individuals, businesses, and institutions. Although they are primarily an advisory firm, they also do raise some of their own funds and contribute to private equity investments. In relation to their Private Equity division, they make industry agnostics investments, with a focus on healthcare, consumer, food and beverages, business services, and industrial products and services. Mainline Investment Partners was formed in 2011 by the private equity professionals of CMS Fund Advisers (CMS), an advisory affiliate, as a planned reorganisation of CMS’s private equity business to a separate investment platform.
