It was the investment manager of the Pan Asia Special Opportunities Fund, Pan Asia Special Opportunities Fund II, Pan Asia Special Opportunities Fund (Cayman), and whose objective was to provide development capital to companies and businesses in Asia with established track record and proven management ability. The company had established professionals in South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and Hong Kong to identify and assess investment opportunities.As of January 2012, Pan Asia Capital Manager was no longer active in the private equity industry.
