It is part of the Potzea group which specialises in securities brokerage, investment banking, account asset management and private equity and pension fund management. The group has offices throughout the whole of Slovenia as well as in Sarajevo, Belgrade and Skopje.In 2011, Poteza Equity Management announced they are no longer active in Private Equity.
