Red & Blue Ventures was founded in 2016 by the partners of MentorTech Ventures in order to continue MentorTech's IT-focused investment strategy. Red & Blue invests seed and early stage capital into tech start-ups coming out of the University of Pennsylvania ecosystem. The firm invests primarily in companies in the greater Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington DC areas.
