Scitech is the general partner and manager of Manitoba Science and Technology Fund Limited Partnership (“MS & T”) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Crocus Investment Fund. Scitech has no assets and no financial interest in the Partnership other than an entitlement to a management fee, and was incorporated for the sole purpose of being the General Partner of the Partnership.
