Established in November 1996, SIF Transilvania is an entirely private and self managed closed-end fund that holds and manages a highly diversified portfolio consisting of shares in about 400 Romanian companies. It invests between EUR 50 thousands and EUR 5 million in the beverages, consumer related, financial services, food and insurance sector in Romania. SIF Transilvania is a full member of the European Venture Capital Association (EVCA).SIF Transilvania is no longer investing in private equity.
