Spiral Ventures, formerly known as IMJ Investment Partners, is a Singapore-based venture capital firm that looks to invest in start ups in Japan, Silicon Valley, and South East Asia. The firm was jointly set up by IMJ Corporation, a web and mobile company in Japan, and Fenox VC, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. IMJ rebranded to Spiral Ventures in March 2017. Under the new structure, Spiral Ventures Asia targets opportunities in South Asia and Southeast Asia and Spital Ventures Japan concentrates on East Asia and Japan.
