Technology Venture Partners (Australia) is no longer in operations. It was a private equity firm, also known as TVP, that targeted technological enterprises based in Australia and New Zealand. It invested across multiple stages of the companies’ life cycle, from start-up, through expansion, to pre-IPO. TVP also participated in corporate spin-offs and management buy-outs. The fund manager generally focused on companies with robust management and global expansion potential. It also sought potential enterprises with sustainable competitive advantages, such as unique intellectual property and expertise in the software, hardware, communications technology, microelectronics and bioinformatics sub-sectors.
