Thai Prosperity Advisory (TPA) is a Thailand-based firm that specialises in private equity investments. Established in May 2003, TPA is a joint-venture between the Government Pension Fund (GPF) of Thailand and the Brunei Investment Agency (BIA). TPA mainly targets Thailand-based firms and is the exclusive advisor to two private equity funds, Thailand Prosperity Fund and Thailand Prosperity Fund II. While the two funds are under the management of Krung Thai Asset Management (KTAM), Thai Prosperity Advisory is responsible for the fundraising activities and investment strategies.
