TRG Management (doing business as The Rohatyn Group) is a New York-based asset management company that focuses on global emerging market investments. The firm was established in 2002 by Nicholas Rohatyn, formerly of J.P. Morgan, and has several offices around the world in emerging market locations. The firm offers multiple products across asset classes and investment approaches, including private equity and credit, forestry, agriculture, infrastructure, renewable energy, hedge funds, fixed income, and public equity.In 2013, TRG acquired global emerging market private equity firm Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI). In 2017, the firm acquired forestry and agriculture specialist GMO Renewable Resources. Both groups now operate under The Rohatyn Group name.
