Via Equity is a Danish-based private equity firm that invests in companies of all sizes with a main focus is on smaller- to mid-sized companies. The firm concentrates investment in Internet, Communication (software), and Technology (ICT) focused companies ready to expand outside the Nordic region. Although Via Equity has software and communication as its primary focus areas, it also extends its interests in all into the more industrial markets as well as into the life science markets as long as strong IT components are included. The firm's only LP is the Danish pension fund ATP.
