The firm has no preferences with respect to sectors of activity. It typically seeks to invest in Spain and the rest of Europe. Vista Capital is a 50:50 joint venture between Banco Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland. In July 2015 Banco Santander announced the firm would be closed down due to new regulations.
