Zodius Capital is a private equity firm based in Mumbai, India. The firm targets pre-IPO companies that have an Indian office and operates in the technology and new media industries. Zodius Capital has a hands-on approach during the initial stages of investing in portfolio companies, which includes altering the strategies and implementing operational drivers to be in line with Zodius' business model.In 2014, Avendus PE Investment Advisors (Avendus), along with Zodius, formed Avezo Capital. Over time, both teams for Avendus and Zodius will become fully dedicated to building Avezo Capital. A series of Zodius Technology Funds (ZTF) raised by Avezo Capital will build on the existing portfolios of Avendus and Zodius. The ZTF series will be multi-stage technology investment vehicles.
